I think this would fit in an mountain-ish area. But... I dunno... it's weird. The way it loops though, it makes it seem like it never ends, as if all parts of the song are different.

Mountain area? Yeah, I can see that... Perhaps this could be the mountain environment theme, whereas my ":Osh: Mountain" could be the mountain town instead... Maybe!

Seriously, I got so many of those in your demo! This brings back the memories of that game. XD
I really do think that this is a great victory theme. I don't see any flaw.
